Trade Marketing Manager DACH (m/f/d)
ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead the development and execution of a transformational Trade Marketing strategy, with full distributor engagement.
Key Outputs
- Work closely with our distribution partners, on getting the strategy and developed tools into execution
- Manage the strategic and creative development process for the trade brand activation and take ownership of POS development
- Building a KPI system of promotion efficiency and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities.
- Own the online content program aimed at driving consumer engagement and sales conversion.
- Grow and drive ecommerce sales across all online sales channels, including delivery of search and promotional campaigns.
- Manage the brand relationship with key distributors, prepare and conduct brand immersions and own the sell in of trade plans to our partners and customers.
- Analysis of the effectiveness of promotional activities by channels, brands, and periods and Control over the use of the trade marketing budget
Critical experience for success
To be successful in this role you, will have/be:
- University degree in business administration, marketing, or comparable professional experience
- Minimum 3 years commercial experience in a Trade Marketing position, specifically developing channel visibility and activation programs
- Experience in digital marketing and Ecommerce experience ideal
- Experience in the FMCG industry is required, experience in the spirit’s industry is a plus
- Ability to take initiative, be flexible and work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and selling skills
- Highly numerate to analyze reports and data to develop insights and recommendations.
- Languages: Fluency in English and German is essential
