Merchandising:
- Maintain & Lead the brand imagery in all the channels as per the requirement.
- Ensure sales team with regular trackers and dashboards on visibility status in these outlets and brand wise shelf status and push for 100% execution.
- Ensure proper data management for all channels with regular maintenance & tracking of assets with help of regional vendors and sales team
- Responsible for developing and implementing the visual strategy for displaying products, creating Planograms, adherence to strategy in market
- Responsible for adherence of all regional budget and ensuring proper utilization of these budgets.
- Planning & timely execution of Monthly visibility plan for MT for new product launches/ focus product
- Analyse market trends, competitor market policies and user buying behaviour by regular interaction and correspondence with channel partners, retailers, and consumers
- To identify gaps in merchandising, strategize ways to plug the gaps and ensure successful plugging of gaps through activations & process creations
POSM Management and Visibility:
- To ensure selection of right type of visibility element to be placed as per field requirement and optimization of budget via selecting the right media.
- Planning of POSM visibility calendar for the products launches & for creating experiential in store marketing campaign
Activation:
- Conceptualise, plan and execute visits to support sales team
- Planning, execution & measuring effectiveness of regional annual activation calendar in accordance with regional sales team
- Bring innovation in the activations and plan clutter breaking animations to enhance brand imagery and experience
- Optimal utilization of allocated promotional budgets to gain maximum effectiveness and doing the Pre & Post analysis
Stakeholder Management and Operational support
- Maintain relation with Top retailers across channel
- Communication & Collaboration with sales head for with NPIs with new customers
- Vendor management from concept to execution for development & maintenance of brand assets
- Handling the team of merchandisers and promoter to ensure merchandising quality in the region is as per brand guidelines, solely responsible for beat planning, training of Merchandisers on merchandising essentials.
