Our client is a European industrial company, a leader in the production of cosmetics and personal care products.
Responsibilities:
Implementation, implementation, creative and innovative projects of trade marketing;
Development of activities to motivate field teams in order to increase sales;
Preparation and implementation of a development plan for the traditional sales channel and individual customers in accordance with the specific requirements of the channels or customers;
Analysis of the effectiveness of trade marketing activities;
Ensuring high-quality and timely implementation of trade marketing projects approved by the management;
Cooperation with advertising agencies and suppliers of materials, equipment and other trade marketing resources in order to provide the best conditions for cooperation;
Submission of regular approved analytical reports to management.
Requirements:Experience in trade marketing or sales with trade marketing functions in FMCG at least two years (Key Account Manager)
Work experience in an international company is an advantage;
Strategic thinking;
Confident user of MS Office;
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize;
Focus on results;
Skills of working with a large number of projects and large amounts of data;
Consumer orientation;
Initiation of changes aimed at improvement;
Knowledge of English at the Pre-Intermediate level or higher.
