Are you a college leaver or a Graduate now seeking your first role? I am working with a well known company and seeking to recruit a Trading Assistant to join their team. The role is within their Trading (buying) Team where you will be providing administration support to your designated category. Ensure all projects and activities are delivered to the business on time, you will be working to tight deadlines so you will need to be highly organised and have excellent time management skills. You will be very confident using MS Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables etc)
Key Requirements
- GCSE Must have good grades in Maths & English
- Advanced Excel skills including formulas and v-look ups
- An analytical thinker and problem solver
- Confident user of Outlook, word and powerpoint
- Excellent communications skills Written and verbal
- Customer orientated
- Degree educated (highly desired)
- Previous office experience (Highly desired)
Key Responsibilities
- Checking data on excel
- Chasing suppliers for relevant paperwork
- Forecasting, planning and checking costs
- Price increasing benchmarks
- Creating invoices and payments
