One of the rare JUNIOR career opportunities with our client , a multinational group of companies who is now looking for a Trainer assistant in Bucharest. The TA will directly report to the current Training manager.
Scope of this role: the TA will work with TM to make a new induction training program for the sales force , will implement it and will periodically assess its impact
Key responsibilities:
- Identifies the opportunities and training needs of colleagues and the sales force;
- Prepares, plans and implements the annual training plan, in accordance with the business and sales objectives, as well as with the identified training needs;
- Establishes the communication channels and the types of training necessary for each level of training and ensures their implementation;
- Supports training of products, services, flows, procedures and systems to any of the target groups mentioned above;
- Carries out the part of the induction process of new employees aimed at presenting products and services;
- Prepares, conducts and updates the training process;
- Ensures continuous monitoring and improvement of the training process - monitors the feedback, updates the training standards, materials and tools necessary according to the feedback received;
- Responsible for the platform Training page - updating the content, submitting NLs, posting and evaluating exams, training materials, registration of participants;
- Organizes an effective communication framework with all parties involved, for permanent access to current information on the sales force (new hires, departures, special situations, etc.);
- It is constantly informed about the products, services, systems and flows, through discussions and meetings with all relevant internal departments, so as to have permanent current information regarding the company's offer and the way of working.
Requirements:
- Higher education graduated with a bachelor's degree;
- Native charisma;
- Very good communication and interrelationship skills, public speaking, presentation presentations;
- Very good organizing skills, responsible person and initiative;
- A particular talent annd passion for Training and mentoring;
- Minimum 1 year experience in the field of communication, financial banking / car field is an advantage;
- Coordination skills;
- Ability to work with figures and economic terms, ability to understand financial / accounting statements / documents;
- Knowledge of English, second language is an advantage;
- Very good knowledge of PC operation (MS Office)
- Integrity, kind person, eager to always meet the requests and needs of customers and colleagues
