Currently we are looking for a Training Manager (m/w/d) in Munich
Tasks
- Advising employees, managers and HR business partners on all issues relating to qualification and further training
- Identification of training needs to plan and implement learning and training measures
- Independently develop and deliver training and workshops that are aligned with training needs and meet development needs
- Continuously evaluate the training conducted to ensure training objectives are met
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness of delivered training through targeted KPI's
- Continuous building of a learning culture through an organized knowledge transfer process
Requirments
- Completed studies in (business) education, psychology, business administration (ideally with a focus on personnel development) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the field of training design, preferably in an internationally operating company
- Extensive know-how in the development and implementation of innovative training solutions with digital and classic training formats
- Pleasure and motivation to pass on acquired know-how to colleagues
- A high degree of personal responsibility, reliability, structured and solution-oriented action
- Excellent communication skills, service orientation and interpersonal sensitivity
- Confident appearance and assertiveness
- Hands-on mentality coupled with a pragmatic and positive attitude
- Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
