Prerequisite for the role:

• Minimum experience of 3 to 4 + years as a Trainer.
• Having worked with either the principle – Pharmaceuticals, dermatology, Medical aesthetics OR Commercial skin care companies.
• Must have a strong personality & Communication skills.
• Preference to – Arabic speaking OR Arabic & French speaking candidate
• Should be having a Pharmacist degree or any other medical institute diploma or certification.
• Lead the Training programs and develop training materials as per the company’s global training guidelines.
• Having exposure to train junior to Senior team members both with the distributors and internal stake holders.  
• Must have excellent presentation skills, relationship building skills, creative training ability, Have knowledge within the skin care industry.
• Open to travel to all distributors in Saudi.
