My client have an amazing opportunity for a Training Manager to design/deliver technical training in the Head office in Esher (appx 4 days P/W) then in 12 months be predominantly based in the Midlands. £45Kpa, hybrid working with UK travel.

Purpose

Responsible for the design and delivery of all learning and professional development for employees in Esher. Implementing and executing policies, processes, associated documentation for a complete training portfolio. This will be based in the Esher Head Office 4 days a week for the first 12 months with Hybrid working. It is expected the role will then be Midlands based so travel and hotel expenses will be paid if the job holder lives in the Midlands and travels down to Esher for the first 12 months.

Once the training is written and delivered to the existing staff in the Head Office there will then be only occasional travel to Esher when new starters join the company to do their induction training.

The role will then take on an exciting turn based in the Midlands providing training to clients and helping with recruitment and development of technical staff and building relationships with education centres.
