Location: Hayes, UK (Hybrid – minimum 2 days in office, remainder field-based)
Salary: £35,000

We are seeking a proactive and engaging Training Specialist to support the Education and Advocacy Manager by elevating store performance and enhancing customer experience. You will design and deliver training programmes that boost product knowledge, sales techniques, and overall team capability. This role is key in increasing the frequency and impact of training initiatives across the business, ultimately driving improved advocacy and sales.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Experience delivering sales and product training presentations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to design and develop engaging training materials.
- Highly organised with a passion for helping others learn.
- Adaptable and able to respond to fluid situations.
- Creative with the ability to bring fresh ideas from previous experience.
- Collaborative, presentable, and capable of using initiative effectively.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Host training events and seminars for internal staff and external sales teams.
- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing training programs for employees at all levels, including retail sales teams, delivery teams, and head office staff.
- Plan training seminars, coordinating travel, accommodation, and logistics.
- Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, and visual aids.
- Manage content and operation of the training app used by sales teams and staff.
- Analyse data, including mystery shop results, to identify training gaps and recommend improvement plans.
- Act as a brand ambassador at consumer and retailer events.
- Prepare regular reports on training initiatives, including attendance, feedback, and outcomes.
- Evaluate training metrics to measure program impact on team performance and organizational goals.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by the manager.
- Flexible working required to support field-based training activities.
- UK and international travel required.
