Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Encourages team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
- Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance.
- Discuss deadlines and training goals with team members.
- Monitor and ensure team members adhere to Job Skills regulations and performance objectives.
- Conducts team meetings to inform members of on-going best practices and expectations.
- Creates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports on instructional team performance.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining work training schedule to avoid any conflicts or delays.
- Supervising the instructional delivery and monitoring trainee progress & performance.
- Liaising with SADA to maintain consistent standards of operation and quality of program implementation.
- Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.
- Delegate training tasks to the Trainers and evaluate the performance
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 8-year of experience in Oil and Gas industry.
- Minimum of 3-year experience in training delivery and operations.
- Certified Professional in training management is a plus.
- Outstanding knowledge of learning theories and training methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong teamwork abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of staff learning and assessment protocol.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.
- Fluent English speaking is a must.
- Ability to professionally guard confidential material, information, and resources.
