Role details:

• Title / Designation: Transition Manager
• Reporting Manager:  Senior Director – IIOT
• Location: Mumbai, Pune
• Work mode: Hybrid

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead large global transition programs of applications and IT infrastructure / operations, across geographies and cultures
• Travel to client sites, as required
• Lead large cross-cultural Transition teams

Candidate requirements:

• 15+ years’ experience in handling large global transition programs
• Experience in leading 800+ Mfg. IT Apps transition
• Experience in industrialized and time-tested transition framework
• Should be familiar with Incident Management Lifecycle and SDLC
• Ability to manage cross cultural Teams
• Readiness to travel on business need
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• HR discussions
