Roles:

• Plan and refine national road transportation network according to company´s network development plan.
• Develop the local transportation service suppliers / partner pool to improve the network development plan.
• Conduct continuous improvement management with a e2e views including setting up SOP`s, process re-engineering etc,
• Design and improve transportation e2e lead time, departure and arrival OTS rate, and other SLA metrics.
• Proactively to improve the cost of transportation through operational improvement and commercial partners improvement.
• Work with IT team to build and refine the transportation system to increase the transportation e2e visibility and efficiency.
• Undertake team management responsibilities to coach and train junior staff.

Requirements:

• 5 years plus proven work experience in logistics industry, transportation and last mile delivery experience shall be a plus.
• Sense of data and structured thinking
• Initiative, drive for result and resilience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, open to intercultural working environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
