Treasury Customer Service Associate India
In this role, you will be required to analyze and interpret banking data, prepare treasury reports, provide payment data to business partners, partner with other stakeholders regarding Treasury operations and generally support effective cash and asset management strategies
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day cash balance monitoring.
- Provide documentation regarding Treasury transactions for update to accounting
- Administrate corporate credit card program
- Preparing and presenting regular treasury reports to broader finance organization
- Monitor and uphold financial policies and procedures.
- Support the administration of Treasury systems including bank portals
- Customer service for Title/Brokerage (check searches, confirm instructions etc)
- Bank documentation tracking
- Ad Hoc wire entry/approvals including validation of escrow activity
- Monthly Bank fee monitoring/analysis
Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a similar field.
- Good computer skills with programs such as MS Excel. Access and Power BI are a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing projects independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to stay organized while covering multiple tasks.
- 2- 4 Years of relevant experience is required.
