Key Responsibilities
Cash Management
Develop and execute cash management strategies, manage cash flow forecasts and liquidity requirements to ensure adequate funding for business operations
Oversee daily cash position and monitor cash balances across multiple accounts and currencies
Banking Relationships
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local banks and financial institutions to support treasury operations
Negotiate banking products and services, including account structures, fees, and terms, to optimise banking arrangements, minimise costs, and enhance treasury efficiency and effectiveness
Working Capital Management
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage working capital requirements and optimise cash conversion cycles
Arrange short-term financing facilities, including revolving credit lines, to support working capital needs
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable ageing, identifying opportunities to improve cash flow and mitigate risks.
Trade Finance
Manage import/export letters of credit and other trade finance instruments to facilitate international transactions
Evaluate alternative financing options, such as supplier financing and inventory financing, to optimise working capital efficiency
Treasury Operations
Execute treasury transactions, including payments, deposits, foreign exchange transactions, and hedging activities
Monitor financial markets and currency movements, assessing risks and opportunities for treasury operations
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Minimum 8 years of experience in treasury management or related roles, preferably in a multinational organisation

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Fluency in English is required

Proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus
