Job Description:-
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Assist in Recruitment and selection process (including sourcing of candidates, arranging test and scheduling interviews.)
• Apply for security clearance, work permit, medical and Emirates ID
• Maintain and update personal folder inventory of employees’ personal documents .
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law, Emiratization Laws and Pension Laws and understand the provisions, processes.
• Supervise and ensure proper Security and House Keeping and other facilities management services.
• Ensure availability of stationary Items for HR & Admin team .
Requirements :-
- ONLY Emirati National candidates need to apply.
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
- Good skills with Excel,Word,Powerpoint.
- Good Communication Skills.
