Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and locally experienced Urbanistic Architect/Planner & Cartographer to join our dynamic team. The best candidate will have a deep understanding of urban planning, architecture, and cartography, with a focus on energy projects and real estate developments. This role requires someone well-connected in the Constanta, Tulcea, Braila, or Galati region to navigate the complex regulatory landscape and obtain all necessary approvals for our projects. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping sustainable and innovative energy and real estate projects in the region.

Responsibilities:
1. Project Initiation:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, engineers, and local authorities, to identify suitable locations for energy projects and real estate developments.
- Conduct in-depth site assessments and feasibility studies to ensure compliance with local zoning regulations and environmental requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project proposals outlining design concepts, spatial layouts, and sustainability strategies.
2. Urban Planning and Architecture:
- Design and plan urban spaces, incorporating renewable energy solutions and sustainable infrastructure to promote eco-friendly developments.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and visualizations to convey project concepts to stakeholders and gain necessary approvals.
- Ensure that all architectural designs align with local building codes, regulations, and aesthetic standards.
3. Cartography and Spatial Analysis:
- Utilize GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools and cartographic techniques to analyze geographical data and assist in site selection.
- Create accurate and detailed maps, charts, and diagrams for project presentations and documentation.
- Conduct spatial analysis to optimize project layouts and assess potential environmental impacts.
4. Regulatory Compliance and Approvals:
- Navigate the complex regulatory and permitting processes at the local and regional levels to obtain all necessary approvals for energy and real estate projects.
- Liaise with government agencies, municipalities, and relevant authorities to facilitate the smooth progress of projects through each stage of approval.
5. Sustainable Development:
- Integrate sustainable and green building practices into project designs, promoting energy efficiency and environmental conservation.
- Advise on the implementation of renewable energy technologies and green infrastructure to maximize project sustainability.
6. Project Management Support:
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure that all architectural and urban planning aspects align with project timelines and budgets.
- Provide technical expertise during the construction phase, addressing any design-related queries and modifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Cartography, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 3-5 years) in urban planning, architecture, and cartography with a focus on energy projects and real estate developments.
- Able to prove results in new projects developed in the area, as a project leader
- In-depth knowledge of local and regional regulations, zoning laws, and permitting processes in the Constanta, Tulcea, Braila, or Galati region.
- Proficiency in GIS software and cartographic tools for spatial analysis and map creation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to work effectively with various stakeholders and government bodies.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles and renewable energy technologies.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
