For our client company, a multination software house in FMCG field, we are looking for UX Design Lead.

ACTIVITIES:

• Develop a UX vision according to the Product vision and develop a clear strategy to grow the UX team
• Enhance Customer Experience and Service Design thinking, methodology and procedures across the organisation
• Direct UX discussions about topics like product vision, design systems, design delivery and collaboration with engineering teams
• Closely collaborate with product managers, lead engineers, technical directors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in design would be appreciated
• At least 3 years' experience leading UX teams
• Deep knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision and Adobe suite
• Experience working in an agile/scrum environment and with geographically distributed teams
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
