Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
- Managing and leading sales, marketing, and product supply organizations to achieve or exceed the key performance indicators (GP, Datacenter projects, stock rotation, and so on)
- strong and efficient daily sales operations management
- sales and marketing operations are coordinated, and major channel partners provide a promo action matrix.
- comprehends and reduces FX and credit risks
- Assists functional and line managers in determining sales strategies
- creating and supporting a winning environment that inspires team members to work their hardest and to the most of their ability.
- responsible for the training and certification of the marketing, sales, and presales teams.
- Determine the profit and capital turnover targets for each product group
- Ensure that subordinates are aware of KPI targets and manage them
- To maximize business and profitability, manage exceptional relationships with vendors and key customers
- responsible for ensuring that sales team members allocate resources and customers effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Experience: Distributor, vendor, or system integrator with at least 5 years of applicable Solutions Sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in education
- Excellent command of the local language and English (B1/B2 level) are essential.
- Professional aptitudes and skills
- possess expertise in business analytics, market insights, and important issues facing the IT sector.
- a thorough understanding of the commercial services industry and the effects that might be had when it is incorporated into a client's business operations.
