SalaryJob Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the technical lead in the field of durability simulation, responsible for formulating a forward-looking (short-, medium-, and long-term) technical roadmap for durability simulation (including directions for improvement regarding simulation gaps or insufficient accuracy, along with implementation plans); refine durability simulation technical standards, evaluation systems, and the closed-loop system integrating simulation and physical testing.
2. Spearhead technical initiatives and breakthroughs in durability, fatigue, and vibration simulation for complete vehicles, systems, and components.
3. Responsible for rapidly identifying the root causes of structural durability issues, optimizing solutions, and conducting benchmarking verification; deliver expert-level technical solutions, implement measures to prevent recurrence, and translate findings into technical standards, thereby proactively mitigating durability risks.
4. Responsible for guiding the continuous optimization of the durability simulation architecture, business processes, and simulation capabilities; continuously improve simulation operational efficiency (e.g., by driving the practical implementation of technologies such as lightweighting-durability synergy and virtual durability testing).Job Requirements:
1. Possess over 15 years of professional experience in complete vehicle structural durability simulation within foreign-owned enterprises.
2. Familiarity with Japanese and/or German durability simulation standards.
3. Possess experience in resolving durability simulation and physical test cracking issues across more than 10 different vehicle models; demonstrate exceptional capability in tackling complex durability challenges, analyzing the true root causes of failures, and implementing optimized solutions; be capable of independently resolving complex and difficult durability issues (specifically cracking in sheet metal, weld seams, or weld spots related to durability and vibration).
4. Possess relevant technical background and experience regarding novel subjects, such as carbon fiber cockpits, SMC materials, and all-aluminum body structures utilizing new materials and joining processes.
5. Possess the capability to define and steer the strategic direction of the durability simulation technical roadmap.
6. Possess the capability to guide and approve technical standards for complete vehicle durability simulation, as well as major engineering technical strategies.
7. Possess the capability to continuously optimize the durability simulation architecture and business processes, develop specialized technical expertise, and enhance operational efficiency.Check Your Resume for Match
