Antal International Group, a recruitment agency, is looking for our client, a large Chinese Automotive Group, a Vehicle Interior Design Director.

Responsibilities:

▪ Responsible for taking interiors from research and early concept stage, to 3D surfacing, clay modeling, prototyping and oversee development to production.

▪ Responsible for the global Auto styling trend research, proficient in passenger car interior design technology, with keen design insight and ability to grasp the leading trend.as well as consumer electronics, product, fashion, architectural and related design field.

▪ Responsible for evaluating projects that junior designers and other team members made.

▪ Responsible for guiding and leading the team to carry out modeling design and development tasks; Plan medium and long term capacity building of sculpt design team and put forward ideas and suggestions.

▪ Responsible for the rapid solution of various engineering and design problems in design with high professional knowledge.

▪ Organize professional interior design presentations for development groups and executive management.

Requirements:

▪ Bachelor degree above in industrial or Automotive design.

▪ More than 12 years automotive interior design experience, and participate in the development of at least 6 mass production models.

▪ Strongly Skilled in free hand sketching.

▪ Highly skilled in 2D digital sketching programs: Photoshop or equivalent.

▪ Skilled in CAS 3D surface and 3D visualization programs: Alias, VRED, Keyshot or equivalent.

▪ Deep experience in cross-departmental teams and balancing design intent with vehicle feasibility.

▪ Strong organizational, inter-personal, and presentational skills.
