Location: Hefei city, China

Salary: Negotiable but very high salary range

Responsibilities:

▪ Lead the goal and scheme design of the light system, detailed design of components and technical scheme design.

▪ Lead the formulation of verification objectives and contents, comparison of verification results and objectives, and design optimization of the light system.

▪ Lead the quality problem analysis, measures and verification of the light system, and guide the solidification and summary of technical documents.

▪ Guide the forward-looking technical research of the light system industry, guide the validation of the pre-research scheme, and guide the design of the four modernizations scheme.

▪ Lead the formulation of enterprise standards and processes for the light system, the research of design tools and methods, talent echelon planning and talent training, and guide the professional development direction planning.

Qualifications:

▪ Degree: Bachelor or above.

▪ Experience: Over 15 years.

▪ Major: Mechanical, vehicles, materials, electronics, etc. and Knowledge of light, electricity, heat and structure of lamp system; Knowledge of lamp component development process.

▪ Skills: AD, CATIA, lucidshap, etc.
