Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage, supervise, and coordinate work order processing activities.
2. Develop analytics, systems, and data management capabilities, including daily and monthly reports.
3. Manage and coordinate the sales and operations planning process, including supply/demand forecasting, inventory management, and on-time delivery.
4. Identify process and policy gaps and drive improvement and innovative opportunities.
5. Review demand forecasts with the sales, marketing, and finance teams.
6. Improve and develop the Auto line Showroom CRM.
7. Enhance frontline involvement in the ordering process.
8. Handle customer complaints related to orders and specifications.

Minimum requirements for the job:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Knowledge and skills required:

• Strong automotive background is a must.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to take the initiative to seek out solutions.
