Responsibilities:  
1. Take the lead in defining the calibration technology roadmap for commercial vehicle power system (diesel/natural gas/hybrid); establish systems for design, verification, and toolchains; and keep track of cutting-edge technologies such as adaptive calibration.
2. Lead the full-process calibration (control strategy); ensure compliance with standards for power performance, fuel consumption, and China National emission standard; and guarantee on-schedule project delivery.
3. Tackle core issues, including excessive emissions, high fuel consumption, and idle vibration; and develop reusable solutions.
4. Train the calibration team; coordinate cross-departmental collaboration; and monitor domestic and international emission regulations.

Qualifications:
1. Over 15 years of relevant experience, vehicle control strategy background.
2. Vehicle control strategy and power system calibration experience.
