Responsibilities:Guide the development of vehicle safety performance platform architecture and personnel training, including:
▪ Guide the team to formulate the platform deformation space force transmission channel planning based on the characteristics of Great Wall Motor platforms, and provide theoretical support
▪ Undertake the role of technical expert in the field of vehicle crash, and carry out the balance, lightweight design, pre validation analysis, and result review of vehicle crash safety performance design and development in accordance with European and American regulations and NCAP according to the development process of vehicle crash safety performance, to ensure the achievement of the company's vehicle crash safety performance goals.
▪ Expert level communication, promotion, and implementation with relevant departments on key development issues such as platform upgrade and next-generation vehicle development.Qualifications:
▪ Work experience and qualifications: Master's degree or above, with over 10 years of work experience
▪ Necessary ability: Platform planning, actively developing and participating in the development of at least 5 mass-produced vehicle models
▪ Job skills: Strong theoretical analysis ability 4 Tool skills: Proficient in operating mathematical model softwareAbout the Company:
