Job Description
We are currently looking for an
Verification & Validation Expert
In the Hardware related Software Group they are building the next generation of ADAS Computing Platform to be used for Driver Assistance Systems and Automated Driving. They are responsible for Prototype microprocessor software development, bring-up and BSP development of state-of-the-art SoC (Systems on a Chip). They are also integrating the software solutions in customer projects and bringing them to series production.
In your role:
- You are responsible for the overall V&V Strategy for innovative automated driving systems;
- You define the Software V&V Strategy for the HW-related SW and Basis SW, together with the System V&V Manager and the Test Teams;
- You communicate the Software V&V Strategy and derive it in each Software component with the development teams;
- You train and coach the developers about the V&V principles and application in the development process;
- You check the application of the V&V principles and strategy in the SW components and trigger corrective measures when necessary;
- You review requirements, analyze risks, perform change impact analysis and discuss with the stakeholders about ensuing actions;
- Foster Continuous Innovation.

- CI/CD/CT methodology (Jenkins, Azure);
- ASPICE process;
- AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive;

- ISO26262.
Qualifications
- You have a Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science, Automation Electronics and Telecommunications, Informatics or comparable;
- You have several years of experience in a Software V&V Team for Complex ECUs in the Automotive, Railway or Aerospace industry;
- You have deep knowledge of Validation and Verification principles and Requirements Management;
- You have a high level of flexibility and a Proactive mentality and are a self-driven individual;
- You have an Open communication and Open Feedback mindset;
- You have excellent analysis and decision skills and can manage priorities in a complex environment;
- You are eager to learn and develop yourself;
- You have excellent work structure and communication skills;
- You have the ability to manage priorities in a complex environment and to work under time pressure, solution and target oriented;
- English – a good level is mandatory.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Microprocessor and microcontroller architecture, QNX, Linux-based systems Inter-SOC communication (Ethernet, PCIe) is a plus;
- C/C++ Basic SW testing experience;
- Scripting know-how;
- ECU HW know-how;
- Continuous Testing experience;
- Programming languages: CAPL, C.
