Summary role description:
Hiring for a Vice President – Business Development Payments for a global FinTech SaaS B2B Payments Infrastructure platform that supports real-time cross border payments transaction processing, clearing and settlement services for mobile wallets and bank accounts payment systems.

Our client is a Europe-headquartered start-up SaaS FinTech company that provides a global scale Forex remittances platform (both Send side and Receive side) that enables instant foreign exchange remittances and payments through API-driven integration. Founded in 2014, they have scaled rapidly – especially over the past 3 years – and now host all major Merchants, Business Enterprises Banks, Forex Solutions Providers, Wallets, and other players in the ecosystem. Their leadership team is distributed across multiple continents and have business operations across the globe. Their employee headcount has grown eight-fold over the past 3 years and that includes regulatory compliance personnel in multiple countries.
Role details:
- Title / Designation: Vice President – Business Development (Payments)

Role & responsibilities:
- Building a strong pipeline of customers for the cross border pay out services for card to account model.
- Building alliance with PSP’s, merchant acquirers and processors in the targeted region.
- Build a pipeline for selling virtual cards.
- Build a strong pipeline for business payouts
- Manage Relationship with key customers.
Candidate requirements:
- 15 – 20 years of experience in large payment companies/ bank.
- Strong relationship with PSPs in the region.
- Deep understanding of the regulatory environment in the Region/ countries
- Understanding of the cross-border payment.
- Startup experience preferred
- Ability to work under unstructured environment.
- Self-starter and Individual Role performer.
