Department : Direct Sales
Reporting To: National Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities: -
- Leading pan India Sales of new customer acquisition through Direct sourcing channel
- Accountable for the profitability (pricing, processing fees, insurance income, cross sale) and productivity of Direct Sales channel
- Working closely with Marketing, Alliances, Tele-sales, FI business units to further drive sales
- Further developing team and having a robust leadership pipeline for all field supervisory roles
- Identifying, Recruiting and Driving DSTs
- Leading geographic expansion of Direct sales channel
- Driving adoption and leveraging of tech assets to enhance productivity and customer experience
- Leveraging incentive plans to drive motivation and productivity
- Managing adherence to processes and policies to avoid any regulatory or compliance red flags

Qualification & Experience
- Full time MBA/CA, with graduation in Engg or BCom.
- 13 to 18 years of experience in Direct Sales channel (B2C) in Insurance/Telecom/Credit Card and alike.
