Responsibilities
- Increase revenue by acquiring new clients. Collaborate with the Regional Head to develop a comprehensive sales strategy for the region, utilizing a combination of offerings, partnerships, and relationships.
- Foster close partnerships with both internal and external lead generation teams to identify and qualify potential targets. Identify key decision-makers within target accounts across multiple departments and establish relationships with buyers in Technology, Business, Operations, Sourcing/Procurement, and Vendor Management.
- Coordinate with solution teams to deliver impressive product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and proposals. Collaborate with enabler teams to create mutually beneficial Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Take responsibility for initial client commitments and expand the company's presence within the client's organization.
- Represent the company at various networking events to establish connections with potential customers.
Minimum Requirement
- You should have been part of new client acquisition teams in your last two roles in IT service organizations.
- Must have worked with an Indian service provider company
- Must understand business and the sales dynamics, an MBA is desirable
- 12 to 16 years of work experience
- Experience selling in the ME region
- Must be based in KSA
- Willbe required to travel within the Kingdom
- Bi-lingual will be ideal
