Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive P&L management for the assigned country
• Lead B2B business development, including customer acquisition and account 
management for USA Market
• Execute out-licensing strategies
• Identify and conclude strategic partnerships with distributors, manufacturers and local 
pharma players
• Plan and execute new product launches and portfolio/basket expansion
• Develop and implement country-specific strategic business plans
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance
