Virtual Account Manager - Switzerland and International
Location - Zurich, Switzerland

Job Summary
As a key member of the Customer Success team you will be responsible for orchestrating sales into the install base within the client’s Enterprise accounts segment. You will drive the retention and growth of the install base through focusing on workloads, tech refreshes, renewals (including the addition of subscribers for Cloud products) and add-ons. This will be achieved through proactive customer outreach informed by internal data, campaigns and outbound calls into the customer base. The Enterprise Account Managers, Customer Success Managers and Virtual Account Managers are the primary points of contact for the Enterprise Accounts. You will create deep customer satisfaction and product adoption and use this as a springboard to find opportunities to grow business. and ensure to upsell the value of your portfolio with the help of the Sales team.
This role can be partially Work From Home, however the virtual account manager will also be expected to regularly send time in the offices to be able to integrate well into the account teams. This role will not solely be remote as they will also be invited to face-to-face client meetings when appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
- Create relationship maps within accounts with plans to expand depth and quality of relationships with buyers and influencers
- Accountable for post-sale account management and driving account growth strategy with wider account team members
- Conduct outreach efforts to maintain and educate stakeholders on the client’s value proposition and best-in-class products
- Improve customer satisfaction and product adoption through information campaigns and by helping coordinate support activities
Job Requirements
Good interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills are needed in order work successfully with prospects, customers, and cross functional teams to meet performance goals.

- Entrepreneur minded work ethic, cool and calm under pressure, strong attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and German, ideally with Swiss German included
- A valid resdients status in Switzerland
- A minimum two years’ experience interfacing with clients in a customer success or sales role within the IT, digital or internet sectors
- Knowledge of tools, SAP, Microsoft Office.
Education
Minimum level of Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or Engineering. Other degrees will be considered.
