Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and mentor a team of engineers and related personnel.
• Recruit and develop top engineering talent.
• Develop standards and procedures to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
• Extensive engineering expertise in the areas of developing and maintaining financial service software products.
• Maintain and optimize budgets to meet goals.
• Understand and collaborate on complete product lifecycle (Financial Service Software Product) from concept to execution, working closely with Product team (Financial Service Product offering to customers).
• Recommends new technology and ideas to improve sprints and efficiency of SDLC.
• Build, develops and manages engineering team capable of carrying out initiatives.
• Tracking, analysing and monitoring technology performance metrics, and own the software product roadmap.
• Identify outsourcing opportunity and outsourcing vendor. This could be staffing partner or entire software product developing partner
• Communicating technology strategy to leadership, employees, and investors.
• Understanding of Fintech and Fintech Lending a definite plus.
• Implement long term technology vision for team.
• Active participant in technology forums and represent company in external forums.
