We're hiring for the profile of VP-Finance Controller for Hyderabad location

Qualifications: Qualified CA with 17-22 years of exp

Reporting to: Directly to CFO

Budget: 65 LPA (including 15% variable)

Working days: Alternative Sat off

NOTE: Must be from Companies with Turnover of 500 + crores- that's strictly required

Key Accountabilities:

1) Finance strategy

• Align the company finance strategy with the group finance strategy

• Ensure timely preparation of AOP and budgets for business

2) Financial reporting

• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in adherence to accounting standards

• Oversee monthly MIS reporting, receivables follow-ups, payment of taxes etc

3)Improve liquidity

• Effectively Monitor and reporting of receivables

• Follow-up with commercial team and customer for early payment against invoices

4)Budgeting and Working capital

• Drive the timely completion of the budgeting process and make arrangement for the working capital requirement

• Facilitate the process of budgeting and monitor the performance of departments, assets and projects against the defined budget performance parameters; identify areas of major deviations and recommend course corrective measures

5)Accounting & Audit

• Responsible for periodic closure of the books and arrive at the financial performance of the organization including the supporting entities

• Responsible for review & maintenance of the books of accounts

6)Investor relations and secretarial

• Oversight and guidance on equity and investor relations and updates to investors

• Oversight on the secretarial function and ensuring compliance requirements
