Job role: As the Vice President / Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth strategy, particularly focusing on expanding our client base and revenue streams.
You will be responsible for leading the business development team, developing key relationships with potential clients, and implementing strategies to meet sales targets and objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven track record of success in business development, with at least 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of the IPC sector, including key players, trends, and challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
• Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing and motivating teams to achieve targets.
• Analytical mind-set with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
