JOB PURPOSE
The role covers the entire gamut of end-to-end Finance Management covering areas such as planning, budgeting, and financial forecasts
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and financial forecasts.

2. Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine the present and forecasted financial health of the company
3. Develop the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the company with target tracking metrics by department and highlight causes of deviation and corrective measures as appropriate
4. Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles.
5. Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documents
6. Develop or recommend solutions for problems or situations
7. Manage employees and contractors who are responsible for financial reporting and budgeting.
8. Periodically review the organization’s financial reports and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
9. Analyse data and advise top management on how to maximize profits.
10. Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for growth/expansion. Present potential scenarios and outcomes to the management team.

11. Oversee the organization’s investments. Collaborate with management on the development and execution of funding strategies
12. Manage and execute fundraising of the Company through angel investors, VCs, PEs, and other similar firms
13. Funds management of the Company which shall include procurement of long-term loans and working capital funds from financial institutions, capital markets, and any other source.
14. You shall also be responsible for any other responsibility assigned to you from time to time.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Skills:
1. The person must exhibit strong commercial and contractual awareness and excellent negotiation skills
2. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
3. Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
4. Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
5. Strong in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint, etc.
6. Positive approach to problem-solving

2. Educational Level:
1. Graduation: CA is mandatory
2. Post-Graduation: PGDM/ MBA in Finance or similar

3. Experience
1. Preferably be from FMCG or retail or consumer brand / D2C background
2. Five or more years of experience in a financial management position
3. Prior experience with audits by Big 4 or similar firms
4. Proven strategic planning experience at the management level
