Job Description
- Drive overall sales performance and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets across vehicle segments while ensuring dealership profitability.
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to increase market share, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.
- Monitor key business metrics including retail sales, lead conversion, exchange business, finance penetration, and overall sales effectiveness.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate, institutional, and fleet customers to drive business expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and develop sales teams by fostering a high-performance culture, conducting reviews, and implementing training initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with OEM partners to ensure target achievement, compliance with standards, and successful execution of business growth plans.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by strengthening CRM processes, improving enquiry management, and ensuring prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and financial metrics to provide strategic insights and support informed business decisions.
