| Warranty, Quality, and Claim Support: • Providing remote support • Offering on-site assistance • Reviewing technical data • Examining claims forms • Preparing claim statements • Handling claims submissions • Overseeing claims settlement Technical: • Collecting quality information • Conducting pre-analysis of issues • Validating programs • Addressing technology upgrade issues Supervisor Training: • Establishing training centers • Developing training materials • Organizing training sessions • Certifying dealer training |
| • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive after-sales operations • Flexibility: Willingness to travel throughout the region as required • Language requirement: English & Arabic; |
