General Objective:
Responsible of contributing to the development and execution of the company’s overall web marketing strategy—managing and optimizing the website, landing pages, forms, and other digital content for lead generation and product sales, and ensuring web initiatives are measured and reported. Reporting to the Head of Design, the Web Optimization Manager will collaborate closely with Design and Web Development as well as with key business stakeholders (Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Brand, etc.) to help develop, maintain, and support all marketing initiatives related to the website.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience supporting and executing web marketing strategies (B2B SaaS is a plus).
- Detailed understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills—scoping work, driving execution, and delivering on deadlines while working with multiple stakeholders.
- Has a strong track record of delivering work above expectations, on time, and on budget.
- Advanced or expert knowledge and experience using Google Analytics; Google Analytics 4 (certification a plus).
- Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com and Jira.
- Experience with managing content management systems such as Contentful or Wordpress.
- Experience with testing tools such as VWO or Optimizely or others.
- On top of industry trends and best practices for high-performing, highly-functional, onbrand, and modern B2B website.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Web Strategy and Planning
- Partner with the Head of Design to assist with developing and executing web strategy, managing website roadmaps, and prioritizing the current backlog of web initiatives.
- Assist in leading website planning and status calls with Marketing leadership, reporting regularly on site performance and initiatives.
- Help drive long-term web strategy—balancing data, technology, design, and customer needs.
Reporting and Analytics
- Identify KPIs for web metrics and use data to drive strategy and action plans.
- Develop reports and dashboards to reflect website performance.
- Define, analyze, optimize, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) from web marketing efforts.
Web Performance and User Experience
- Partner with Web Development to establish, maintain, and update health metrics for the website.
- Configure, manage, monitor, and update Google Analytics in cross-collaboration with Demand Gen.
- Work closely with Demand Gen leads and external SEO contractors to implement SEO recommendations while providing input and contributing to the overall SEO strategy based on visitor interaction/behavior.
- Identify gaps/opportunities and make suggestions on ways to continuously update our site (content and structure) to improve SEO.
- Collaborate with Demand Gen to create funnel-mapping for website and landing pages.
