Responsiblities:

• Analyzing the work cycle of the parts to be welded and the type of W.P.S. applied;
• Performing quality tests in the case of welds that require dye penetration testing
• Knowledge of the materials to be processed (e.g. stainless steel, steel, copper, bronze, etc.)
• Setting up tools and performing routine maintenance as necessary;
• Handling the welding parts (or already welded) with an EOT crane;
• Introducing different stages of production on control units;
• Regularly reporting work progress to the direct supervisor, highlighting related issues;
• Adhering to safety rules (e.g. using EIP) during work.

Experience and technical skills:

• Diploma in Industrial Mechanical Technician or Vocational High School Certificate in Manufacturing and Welding;
• Previous experience of 3 or 4 years in structured industrial settings;
• Good knowledge of wire welding (continuous wire and flux-cored wire);
• Experts in submerged arc welding and TIG welding are given priority;
• Good knowledge and ability to read technical sketches/drawings;
• Good knowledge of main measuring instruments.
