Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven West Zone Sales Manager to join our team in the HVLS (High Volume Low Speed) fans and industrial products manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team in the Western region of the country, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership:

• Lead and motivate the West Zone sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and maintain existing accounts.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives and provide coaching and guidance.

2. Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the West Zone.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Collaborate with the product development team to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.

3. Market Analysis:

• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
