Role Description:

Our client is looking for an agile and dynamic Workday Developer to be part of a Workday Implementation. The ideal candidate needs to have at least 2 years of experience in Workday product with primary focus on Workflow, Custom Objects and Prism Analytics. The details of the role are as given below:

Workday Prism Analytics:

• Develop and manage Workday Prism datasets, pipelines, and transformations.
• Build dashboards and reports using Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics.
• Ensure data integrity and optimize Workday Prism for self-service reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to define data strategies and analytics solutions.

Integrations & Reporting:

• Support and manage Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, PECI/PEO) with third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Work with stakeholders to develop custom reports and enhance Workday’s reporting capabilities.
