Works Manager - Heavy Commercial Vehicle segment

•      Co ordinating with AGM Works & Workshop team and ensure achieving the monthly workshop targets.

•      Productivity planning on daily and support the team to complete the workshop work on time.

•      Develop systems for effective utilization of man hours. 

•      Effective resolution of customer complaints in prescribed time frame and ensure customer satisfaction.

•      Evaluate the technician’s skill levels and planning for improvement of multi skills levels of technicians.

•      Liaise with allied business agencies.

Education Qualification:

1) Qualifications: BE/ B Tech/ AMIE/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 15  years of experience in automobile workshop service function
