Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for e-commerce growth.

Define sales targets, track performance, and execute pricing strategies.

Support business development projects from initiation to implementation.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for solution delivery.

Develop and monitor KPIs for client delivery performance.

Manage onboarding and servicing of key accounts.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in B2C e-commerce logistics.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to support decision-making.

Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Prepare and manage revenue forecasts and account plans.
