Specific Responsibilities that you would own:
● Lead zonal team to meet or exceed zonal sales targets assigned by organisation via direct sales activities with customers.
● Through critical insight into customers, formulate strategies to develop and support solutions that meet or exceed customers’ needs and expectations and simultaneously expand company's business by increasing revenue in existing accounts and opening new accounts.
● Work with operations, customer service, supply chain and other teams to ensure complete execution of regional sales strategies (including orders, shipments, AR collections, and contracts, including renewals).
● Lead sales funnel reviews and ensure reporting of all business opportunities, solution concepts and strategies to company
● Communicate business strategy and tactics clearly to the zonal managers and provide feedback to team members
● Manage and direct zonal teams to ensure focus on key selling activities: Supporting spec wins, maintaining existing business, identifying new opportunities in existing and new customers through Sales Funnel Mgmt.
Qualifications:
● Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, biomedical, biotechnology
● Work Experience: 10-15 years of sales experience with preferably managing people and 4 years in technical and concept/consultative sales in health-tech/ medical devices
● Strong B2B sales experience in a large chain of hospitals and chains of large diagnostic centres, in Healthtech/ medical equipment Healthcare or devices, or start-up background is an added edge.
