Experience:- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in bath and fittings industry
Required Qualification: - MBA in Marketing from a reputed & recognized university/Institute
Technical Skill:-
- In-depth knowledge of the business’s product as well as the strategic, analytical and marketing concepts.
- Technical knowledge of products in the Bath Fitting industry (Faucets & Sanitaryware).
- Ability to identify market opportunities, gaps, customer requirements, competitor actions etc. and formulate strategic action plans
- Expertise in developing technical proposals
- Strong networking with Architects & related professional forums/bodies
- Must have handled Sales on a PAN India basis or at least two zones for a reputed Bath Fitting brand.

Sales planning & execution:-
- To work out the bathware division's overall annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets (category wise) in line with the Organisational objectives.
- To allocate the sales target across zones/states & customers.
- To ensure periodic review of the business state wise/customer wise etc. and devise action plan to achieve the targets.
Business Development:-
- To build effective relationship with Architects, presenting new products and ideas.
- Representing the Organisation on the external forums/bodies especially Architects.
- To influence the prospective distributors/dealers of competition to convert them into our fold.
Strategic Marketing:-
- To conceptualize the strategic direction in sync with the business plan and contribute to the top line & bottom-line growth & foray into new segments and innovative products.
- To ensure effective implementation of consumer and trade marketing programs encompassing brand strategic planning, market positioning and promotions.
- To conduct the evaluation of the current marketing channels being used for understanding the performance & effectiveness of each channel and accordingly make strategic recommendations.
- To strategize new product development & reaching to new segments by continuously scanning the business environment.
Vendor Development:-
- Identification & development of vendors/manufactures for bath fittings.
- Identification & development of vendors/manufactures for sanitary ware.
- To lay down technical specification for bath fittings & accessories and sanitary ware & cisterns.
Debtor management:-
- Ensure ontime cash flow by reducing total outstanding in value & credit days.
- To analyse the overdue collection/outstanding on weekly basis and accordingly creating action plan for every customer as per the credit policy.
Brand positioning:-
- Strategise the positioning of the brand amongst the key architects, plumbing consultants, etc.
- To ensure the execution of the architect connect programme along with Plumber Connect activities and monitoring its effectiveness.
- Conducting & monitoring CRM, Loyalty programs., Retailer meets in the designated geographies.
- Designing of various schemes for retailers and plumbers for the said segment.
Market Intelligence:-
- Conducting market research, keep note of features, parameters required in the product, estimating business potential in particular area.
- Conducting competitor analysis & monitoring competitors’ activities and devise effective counter measures.
Network Expansion:-
- To devise the strategy for market expansion for the business.
- To formulate the distributor onboarding process & educate the team for suitable appointment of distributors. 3) To define the retailer onboarding process in order to have the right partners for business.
Customer care service:-
- To ensure smooth customer service & address the bottlenecks at the strategy level.
- To define the customer service parameters & review the performance on periodic basis.
