1. Execute the franchise acquisition strategy to meet revenue targets for the year through:
- Identification of Gap Areas as per the business plan.
- Keeping abreast on competition & adapt acquired knowledge in change management.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, industry influencers and strategic partners.
- Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Collaborating with central teams to improve sales processes around culture, discipline, incentive, leads and closure.
2. Provide leadership to a team of sales managers by:
- Empowering & engaging team members through effective coaching.
- Ensuring that the right team is in place through recruitment, onboarding.
- Extending support to the team through negotiating and closing large deals as and when required.
- Facilitating business through periodic review and action planning as well as analyzing sales performances against targets and working on outliers.
- Ensuring productivity and execution excellence of team members.
3. Lead the achievement of high quality sign- ups at the zonal level by:
- Ensuring that the Sales managers aggressively chasing the leads they are provided with and are adept in the prospecting process.
- Assist the team in delivering quality sales pitches and closing the deal where required.
4. Achieve the Operationalization target by:
- Achieving timely operationalization of mandated number of centres.
- Succeeding in the revenue targets.
- Ensuring execution excellence in the transition process.
- Providing stakeholder management assistance where required.
5. Ensure strong sales administration compliance by:
- Assertively managing the Lead Management System protocols and updation.
- Ensuring that daily market visit norms are met by the team. Ensuring daily visit reports and funnel management.
- Validating KYCs of the prospective channel partners and their subsequent submission to HO.
- Ensuring the smooth and timely arrangement of Franchisee Orientation Programs.
- Providing regular feedback on support & satisfaction.
