Requirement:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Zonal Sales Manager (FA) based in Bangalore. With a minimum of 12 to 20 years of experience in the field, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our regional sales strategies and achieving financial targets.As a Zonal Sales Manager (FA), you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, ensuring their success through coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Your strong leadership skills will enable you to guide and motivate the team towards achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets within the assigned region.
2. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-energy work environment.
3. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
7. Analyze sales data and generate reports on performance, market trends, and competitor activities, using the findings to drive strategic decisions.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the financial services industry.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and negotiate effectively.
5. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of making sound business decisions.
6. Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies that align with organizational objectives.
7. Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
8. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
