This office is led by Vinu Nair, who prior to joining the Antal Network had worked in Industrial Sales & Marketing and IT sector for close to 20 years.
In his last role before Antal, he was Vice President at NTT Data, managing their business in India and Middle East region. He played key roles in the SAP delivery team for many years before moving to Sales and Business Development.
Vinu Nair is highly proficient in hiring for IT related skills and has an exceptional understanding of Delivery, Engineering, Presales and Sales responsibilities. During his stint as delivery manager he has worked with clients in multiple geographies and hence managed to maintain a large network of candidates and clients.
Apart from sourcing exceptional candidates for his clients, he continues to invest to scale his business across sectors and geographies by recruiting high performers from the industry and also by training fresh talent from good business schools from India.
Vinu is a Graduate Engineer in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, having started his career as a Sales Engineer – travelling, living and working across 16 countries.
