Kaushik was born in East-Africa and grew up in the UK. He has a degree in Finance and Accountancy and is a qualified ACMA accountant. He also has an MBA from a leading Management School.
Kaushik applied his financial and management experience in various international companies within the IT, Media and high tech sector. He immigrated to Canada in the early 90’s and worked for a number of small, medium and large organisations.
When Kaushik returned to the UK, he became principal consultant within one of the biggest enterprise software companies, Oracle. He was assigned roles such as developing business relationship with international partners in order to deliver best solutions for their clients across EMEA. Kaushik also drove their sales operations for key accounts in Europe but he decided that it was time for change and he joined recruitment business as he is passionate about people, talent matching, search and selection.
