Must:
Min.3-5 years BA experience, young and pro-active,  with Excel, Access , SQL knowledge ;  able to produce quality reports,

Analytical person, with proven results in IT field, on QA if possible

Good to excellent English

Others:

-Analyst need MS excel, visual and can produce reports from raw data in excel.

-Critical thinking and ability to design solutions to problems

- Be themselves 

- Collaboration, as we work as a team and with each other on everything (no individual sole contributor)
