We are partnering with a well-established international maritime organization to appoint a senior Business Development leader, based in Limassol — one of the Mediterranean’s most vibrant maritime hubs and an exceptional place to live and work.

In this role, you will lead business development initiatives across global markets, identifying and securing new opportunities while expanding and strengthening long-term client relationships. You will operate at a strategic level, working closely with senior leadership to deliver growth in line with the organization’s global objectives.

This position is well-suited to commercially driven professionals from Greece or other international markets seeking a senior role within a dynamic, multicultural maritime environment.

Your Responsibilities:
• Drive business development activity across international markets, aligned with corporate strategy.
• Identify, develop, and secure new commercial opportunities and partnerships.
• Expand and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term value creation.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support contract development processes.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to define and execute growth initiatives.
• Represent the organization in international meetings, events, and client engagements.

Your Profile:
• Strong background in the maritime and/or shipmanagement sector.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles within an international context.
• University degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working in multicultural, global business environments.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
• High level of professionalism, initiative, and commercial acumen.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
